  • Power Aging contains a wealth of information. At times,it can be cumbersome reading especially when discussing scientific research, but the majority of the book is easy to read.

The author advocates an organic, vegetarian lifestyle which includes juicing, supplements and regular exercise. Even if this does not appeal to you, it is well worth reading Power Aging for the information about what the environment and what we eat are doing to our bodies.
